Our dear Dad will be sadly missed by us as a family but also by so very many people that he met along the way. He was loving, kind and generous and always so very grateful to Teresa and I for the care, time and love we gave him especially during the later years of his life. He loved music and he loved to sing. Even towards the end of his life when his voice grew weaker, he would try to sing to us and his carers, who I know will also miss him. He may have been born during the period 1928 and 1945 known as the silent generation but he was far from silent. He loved to chat and socialise and had many dear friends.
There are far too many memories and moments to write here today spanning 92 years of a life well lived. Towards the end Dad was so very brave and as he would say and sing to us he kept right on to the end of the road. Love you Dad xx
