I cannot thank the team enough for all their help, care and kindness leading up to and after the funeral. The gentlemen that helped us on the day of the funeral were incredible; they helped with everything, every detail and were kind and caring. As all the staff have been. Amanda has ensured that communication was good and prompted me when needed. What was the most touching, was the care and dignity that the undertakers showed when arriving at our house just after Dad passed. It was the very early hours and yet they conducted themselves in the most respectful manner. And Kathryn (our life celebrant), well, people thought she was a friend of Dad’s the way she spoke about him. The team also ensure that COVID didn’t intrude too much on what we needed to do. For this, we were very thankful. Everything was still very safe but easy-guidelines followed but in a very seamless way. From start to finish, John Weir have been incredible. Words can’t express our gratitude enough.
