Thank you so much to Ben Baker and colleagues for helping us to celebrate Mick's life with a service a Medway Crematorium. Ben helped make a sad day more bearable with his kind and professional manner. From start to finish Ben has made us a family feel informed and comforted. We couldn't have asked for better support during the process of organising Mick's funeral.

I being the mum of my dear daughter Jo,who was in your care from the wisdom hospice 
Would like to say that I am very pleased with everything you did for us as a family.
You explained everything to us and I felt Jo was safe and given respect until her funeral day.
Where the funeral was run again with respect for us as a family. The horses and carriage were stunning. The pink feathers stood out beautifully. We were treated so well and were introduced to Bullit and Floyed the two beautiful horses,the children of Jo and Richard loved talking with the horses and stroking them,this helped ease the day for them.i like to say thank you for being there to take the burden of all the things that make it harder to cope with. You were all friendly and so respectful.. Mrs Gina Barbour .. God Bless you all ..

Whenever we asked for something it was done promptly and with no fuss.

Amanda was my main contact at John Weir, very friendly and approachable. Arranging my mums funeral was heart breaking, but Amanda took us through everything, and organised everything, which took the stress away from us. She contacted us a couple of days after to ask how we all were, which was a lovely gesture.

I must take this opportunity to thank Melanie for her professional, caring approach to both my Wife & I (Joe’s Brother) she is a credit to your Company. Also to the person who answered your 24/7 hotline & ensured Joe was removed with dignity from Byron Lodge Nursing Home, his words were “We will take Joe into our care” and that in itself was reassuring to all of us.
I would have no hesitation in recommending your services as our treatment to date is nothing short of outstanding, caring and compassionate.

The company was very professional and looked after all our needs,the ones that they could at the time.
The piper was a lovely touch except I was promised a busby and not the head dress he was wearing and this is not a reflection on funeral company.
The vicar also made a mistake but I did get a apology from him.
Over all I would recommend John Weir to others.
