I cannot thank Amanda (Chatham Branch) enough for the way in which she dealt with my father and I after my mothers death.  Naturally we were grief stricken and quite bewildered during the first week but Amanda showed so much empathy and compassion right from day one and she eased us  the through 4 weeks leading up to my mums funeral.  She couldn't do enough to help us and even phoned us the day after the funeral to see how myself and father were and if their was anything else she could do to help.  Amanda is a true asset to the company with excellent customer service skills and I would not hesitate to recommend John Weir Funeral directors in the future. Thank you again Amanda.

An Excellent Service. Very friendly, sympathetic & helpful staff, who made sure everything was organised correctly every step of the way. The Pallbearers at my Fathers Funeral were excellent, guiding me through everything I needed to do during the whole Service. The Speaker was excellent, helping me to remember things about my Dad for the Eulogy & the Photographer produced a wonderful video of the Service & some final pictures of my Dad lying at rest in the private chapel.
Overall I was extremely impressed with the Professionalism of everyone involved in helping me organise my Fathers Funeral & would Highly recommend John Weir Funeral Directors.

John Weir Funeral Directors have been used for three family funerals.  We have found them uniformly courteous, superbly professional and efficient.

Not only this, but the service provided is highly respectful in all respects.  All aspects of their work and presentation are admirable, and one can leave matters in their hands with a sense of complete security.
