An excellent professional service again. The staff are very friendly & helpful in walking you through the organizing. The Speaker helped us remember bits & pieces for Mum's Eulogy & the Order of Service was very well produced & lovely. The Funeral itself was excellent too with the Pallbearers guiding us through everything as needed.
Sadly it was the second time in the last few years I've needed their services, but once again I was extremely impressed with everyone involved in helping me organise my Mothers Funeral & would highly recommend John Weir Funeral Directors.

Amanda and her team in Chatham were amazing, 9 months ago my Mum died and we used a different funeral director. When my Dad passed away last month we decided this time to go to John Weir. The difference in the level of care, compassion, professionalism  and attention to detail was remarkable. Amanda introduced us to a celebrant, Kathyn, who conducted the service, she was the perfect choice. 
I can’t recommend John Weir highly enough. Thank you.

John Weir were incredibly professional and empathetic from the initial and subsequent meeting with Ben at the Chatham office, through to Amanda confirming all our requirements the day before the funeral , and the kindness and attention to detail shown by Shane and his team on the day. Ben, you were a tremendous support, and we are so grateful to you for how you helped us navigate the detail. Thanks must also go to our celebrant Peter Tongue for all his advice and support with the eulogy. In the nicest possible way, I would hope not to personally have to use the services of John Weir again but if the situation arose, I would have no hesitation.

Rob at John Weir looked after us well, explained the options available to us and kept us informed. The team on the day made sure things ran smoothly and were very polite and respectful. They made sure we knew what was going on and where to go when, but you also hardly knew they were there.

Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is they called to ask us to settle our bill but had not provided a final invoice. The estimated bill which they asked us to pay was £100 more than the final which they did produce quickly after the initial call.

All in all, thank you John Wier.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely sympathetic and helpful and did all they could to make the day go smoothly,
with the minimum of stress to the family. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
