Ben at john weir was simply amazing . From the first phone call I made to him, and the many phone calls and emails afterwards. He made us (myself and my brother) extremly comfortable with the steps that came next. From the first call to the final day and goodbye he was professional,steadfast and handled everything with total compassion, respect and gave me so much strength to be able to say goodbye to my amazing dad THANK YOU SO MUCH BEN

The funeral of my husband was everything that I had hoped that it would be. I felt that I had given my husband the send-off that I wanted for him and I know that he would have wanted. This would not have been possible without the excellent service given by John Weir and particularly by Ben. I felt that my every request was taken into account and quiet advice given when needed. May I also say here that Peter Tongue, the Celebrant, was also excellent in the part that he played.

Ben, at John Weir treated me with kindness, consideration and great efficiency in carrying out my wishes in preparation for my husband's funeral. On the day my family and I felt cared for. Everything ran according to plan, we weren't rushed and they made the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would like to thank them all and would recommend their services unreservedly.

It was comforting and a pleasure to deal with Amanda, Ben and John himself. They made dealing with the difficult situation easier. They were accomadating with all my requests. The horse used to take Julie my wife were beautiful. I highly recommend using John Weir

My brother David and myself were very impressed by the professionalism shown by Ben, at the Chatham Office, in arranging my mother's funeral. From commencement to the day of her funeral I was contacted on several occasions by Ben to ensure that I was feeling fine and updating me as to the progress of the funeral.

I would recommend John Weir to any family or friends and wish to thank them for their kindness, especially on the day of the funeral, ensuring it ran smoothly.

We were very well looked after by the Chatham branch by Ben and Amanda. From start to finish they made an already difficult situation that little easier. Everything was done with such dignity from being there in person and communication via email and phone. It’s the little things that count and the small details was what we found makes John Weir stand out. Absolutely faultless throughout. On the day of the funeral we were treated with the upmost respect and cannot fault one detail, so thank you to Ben and the rest of the team for easing the stress and worry to make sure Brian had the best send off we could have asked for.

Thoughtful, discreet, helpful and considerate.  Accommodating all our wishes and steering us through the necessarily grim process of dealing with our public goodbye to our darling Mum.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services, which we would class as outstanding .

Ben at John Weir is amazing. He treats you like one of the family and cannot do enough for you. We've had Ben arrange funerals for both my Dad and Mum who sadly passed away within 7 months of each other.
