Funeral Director
In loving memory of our mum Jacqueline 'Jacqui' Mandy Howick who sadly passed away on 4th March 2026, aged 68 years.
As many of you know Mum had a short but ferocious battle with a brain tumour, she was so brave and faced every hurdle that was thrown her way. Undergoing brain surgery, to chemotherapy and various other complications never giving up hope for one more day with us. Myself and my brothers will forever be so proud of the fearlessness and fight she showed, as she had throughout her life.
Our Mum, Jacqui, should be celebrated in everyway. For the wonderful Mum and Nanny she was, the funny quirky personality she had, enjoying the simple things in life that are taken for granted - she never did. The cups of coffee and a chat, wandering around charity shops and window shopping, wandering around old cities and churches, Shropshire cheese and a Savvy B new Zealand. Her children and Grandchildren.
Life will never be the same without her here and she will be forever missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Our lights have been dimmed but we will forever be grateful for the life she gave us, full of love, laughter and beautiful memories. Thank you Marge.
Mums funeral will be held at 11am on Thursday 9th April at Thames View Crematorium. There will not be a procession following the hearse as we will be taking mum on one last drive as a family. Mum requested flowers from her children only and for anyone kindly wanting to make donations to go to Wisdom Hospice charity as they cared for her so lovingly at the end of her life, these can be made via the link on this page. Please join us in wearing a hint of purple as a reminder of her warm heart and favourite colour.
