In 2013, they embarked on a journey of redesign and refurbishment of their Peartree Avenue premises, culminating in the completion of the project in 2014.
A significant milestone in their journey came in December 2018 when they acquired 103 Peartree Avenue and launched the White Lily Centre, a bereavement centre offering counselling services to all. The White Lily Centre stands as a symbol of their commitment to supporting families beyond the funeral itself.
In May 2022, their services were further enhanced with the introduction of a new fleet of Mercedes hearses and limousines, ensuring that every aspect of your loved one's final journey is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.

Opened in 1998, their Peartree Avenue funeral home is located at the junction of Gainsford Road and offers a private chapel of rest along with free parking and full disabled access. Their opening times are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but they are available 24-hours a day by telephone.

Jonathan and his team delivered an excellent and sensitive service and without being in the least bit obtrusive, managed to take care of important small details which were the finishing touch and things we would never have thought of. In addition, both the celebrant and florist recommended to us by Jonathan's team were first class. Everybody who attended the service in the Crematorium, and those watching online, commented to us that they thought that the whole funeral service was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anybody in need of funeral services.

Very happy as a family that we chose Johnathan Terry to take our mum into their care. From them looking after mum to the support which was given to us as a family we’d highly recommend them to family and friends. Very compassionate people and nothing was ever too much. Each part of planning mums funeral was always explained fully and our mum got the send of she Truly deserved. My Mum's funeral was perfect.
The staff at Jonathan Terry were fantastic and kept me informed every step of the way.
Jonathan kept in regular contact to check everything was going to plan and asked if I had any questions or concerns which was so nice at such an emotional time.
Jonathan and his team definitely deserve a five star rating for their kindness, support and their help with the funeral arrangements of my Mum.
