The entire team could not have been more helpful, supportive and pleasant; both with everything prior to the funeral and on the day itself. This was so much appreciated by myself and my family.

Please convey my thanks to everyone. I especially want to thank the Pallbearers, as I had originally been told that some sort of trolley might have to be used.

The one hiccup was my fault - I was so busy proof reading the Order of Service,hymns and prayers that I didn't notice that Iain's year of birth was wrong. In fact, not until two days later.

Jonathan Terry's staff took all the worry off my shoulders at a difficult time. They are all so caring & polite . Very easy to talk to nothing is too much trouble and can get everything organised for the funeral. The day was very memorable due to them.

From the first point of contact Jonathan and his colleagues were kind, compassionate, patient, understanding, and efficient. They held our hand through the whole process, kept us informed, gently reminded us when things needed to be submitted to them, and on the day did our Mum proud. Jonathan Terry came highly recommended by others and we were not disappointed. Thank you taking the stress out of organising the day so we could focus on saying good night to our Mum

From our initial meeting Ben and the team were professional, attentive.

Our Mothers cremation organisation was genuinely caring, compassionate, empathetic.

My brother and i were kept up to date with the procedure's progress, very well informed throughout.

Our specific requests were given an impetus by all concerned in the planning.

All aspects of our Mother's Celebration of life were carried out with respect, dignity, care . Any additional distress was removed due to the imperturbable respect shown by Ben and the team.

The chapel of rest was beautiful, tranquil and provided a priceless last moment with Mum.

Everything was efficient, smooth accomplished for Mum and her family.

I thank you all for making an emotional , gruelling time easier than it would have been without your proficiency.

Johnathan Terry's have been fantastic, in help, support and professionalism, we could not ask for more in such hard times, they take a very personal approach to the situation which allows them to give the best services and make it feel bespoke to the person who has passed, this is the third time we have used them and we will carry on doing so due to the above reasons.

A professional and caring service by Jonathan Terrys team. From collecting dad from the care home the carers said how both dad and themselves were treated with dignity and respect and this also extended to the family.
