In 2013, they embarked on a journey of redesign and refurbishment of their Peartree Avenue premises, culminating in the completion of the project in 2014.

Jonathan Terry’s staff were so helpful every step of the way. At a time of shock and great sadness they guided us through a very difficult process.
They were gentle but efficient in a situation which was very strange for the family.
Occasionally they went out of their way to ensure we could have particular music, photographs and readings which we preferred and were always there when we had queries.

Their understanding was truly top draw in everything we wanted for our mum. From their fleet of cars to the chapel of rest. Everything was handled with compassion and dignity. From the day my husband's body, Derek Sherbourne, was collected from our house, to the day of the funeral, he was treated with dignity. Jonathan and the team did an amazing job, they followed all our wishes, the horse and carriage was amazing, the communication was excellent, we were able to [provide my mother with the funeral she wanted down to the last detail. It was dignified and caring. We saw her in the Chapel of Rest and she even had the cigarettes placed in her hand as she wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and we were also able to see and purchase additional urns and jewellery. Every detail was sent to me for approval and they did everything for us including the echo announcement and order of service.
