Their professionalism and kindness in helping to arrange a memorial service and cremation made a very distressing event so much easier to deal with. All members of staff made a huge difference to us.They are without doubt a company I can recommend to anyone in a similar position and are to be highly commended.

I honestly can not thank these guys enough for everything that they did to help make my mums send off the best it could be, they bend over backwards to make sure we sent our mum off the way we wanted to. An amazing team. The only funeral directors I would ever use polite friendly and professional at all times. Johnothan himself took all the arrangements for my mum and did everything we had asked of them. Its never easy to say goodbye to a loved one but it helps to have Johnothan Terry's in your corner. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤

Established in 1999 by Jonathan Terry, who has been dedicated to the funeral profession since 1985, they have built a solid reputation for delivering personal and excellent service to families throughout Southampton and beyond.
Over the years, Jonathan Terry have continuously reinvested in their business to ensure that they offer the best possible support to their families.
In 2013, they embarked on a journey of redesign and refurbishment of their Peartree Avenue premises, culminating in the completion of the project in 2014.
A significant milestone in their journey came in December 2018 when they acquired 103 Peartree Avenue and launched the White Lily Centre, a bereavement centre offering counselling services to all. The White Lily Centre stands as a symbol of their commitment to supporting families beyond the funeral itself.
In May 2022, their services were further enhanced with the introduction of a new fleet of Mercedes hearses and limousines, ensuring that every aspect of your loved one's final journey is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.

Opened in 1998, their Peartree Avenue funeral home is located at the junction of Gainsford Road and offers a private chapel of rest along with free parking and full disabled access. Their opening times are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but they are available 24-hours a day by telephone.

We were very much supported to create our own life celebration, rather than being pigeonholed into a standard "package". It's probably wrong to say we enjoyed it, but the experience made us feel we had given a great send off as we truly wanted. Most definitely would recommend and use again.

The staff at Jonathan Terry went above and beyond for our family at such an upsetting time.

Can not recommend Jonathan Terry enough. The service they provide after my Dad passed away was second to none, and it was all conducted in a sensitive and sincere manner. They where available at short notice when i wanted to visit my dad and made sure the funeral went smooth and as we wanted on the day. Thank you for making a sad experience as easy and memorable as it could be.

I thought I'd drop you a line to say 'Thank You' as fully expected yet again you and your team have delivered an immaculate service, first class from the offset.
I really do have to commend you for such excellence. Nothing is to much, communication is smooth and everything and everyone is made at ease.
The day went very well and both myself and brother Lee are very happy that we gave our Dad a good send off. With the sun shining down too, it really was a very fitting day in all areas.
So again I really do thank you not for just Dad, but also my Mum in supporting us through two very hard times.

I would like to thank Jonathan and his wonderful team of professionals for organising my dear Mother’s funeral.
Jonathan was very kind, considerate and thoughtful at this very sad time. His team supported and provided all that was required, from basic, caring communication, sorting the funeral stationery and organising everything that need arranging at the Crematorium. I must also say a big thank you to Diane, the Celebrationist that Jonathan organised for us. She was amazing and delivered a beautiful ceremony, which everyone absolutely loved.
