In what must be the most hardest, toughest, saddest and worst time I've had in my life losing such a much loved partner, Dave, these very professional, caring and kind people made the whole stage a seamless and stress free experience. They helped me to bring my Dave home to be with me and our much loved dog. This meant so much. Such care and attention was given to Dave. So much love and individual attention given to make sure our wishes were fulfilled and we felt personally cared for. So thank you to all the fantastic team at Peartree Avenue Office. Thank you. Planning a funeral is never easy but Jonathan Terry made it so easy for us. Nothing was too much trouble, always on hand to help & give advice. Ed was amazing, very friendly, professional & a credit to the team. All very polite & smart too & always at the end of the telephone if needed a chat. We couldn’t have wished for better service under the circumstances, no one rushed us, everything went smoothly so we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us get through this sad time & for looking after our dear mum.

Having never had to arrange a funeral before, I was rather anxious after my wife passed away, I shouldn’t have worried, Ed and his team were so understanding and professional, from the first meeting, everything was simply explained, no pushing you into things you didn’t need, just honest advice, a minister was recommended to me by Ed that suited my needs, and Matthew delivered a beautiful memorable service.
I have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan Terry,
And thank everyone for a stress free professional caring service.

There are no words to say how amazing Jonathan Terry’s team are. They were always respectful, sincere, professional and obliging. From Tracey in the office to Bradley and David who came and collected Mum with such dignity and grace, nothing was too much trouble for us to visit Mum in the chapel, the driver on the day was very courteous making sure the funeral drive kept altogether and not forgetting Ed who guided us through the whole process and was with us on the day we said our final goodbyes. An outstanding service at the saddest time of our lives. The whole family would like to thank you all.

I wold like to thank you, all as a team, for the beautiful way you looked after Hilly.
Every thing was just Perfect, from the wicker casket to the floral display.
All my family and friends, thought it was a lovely tribute to such a Lovely lady.

As a family, we would like to thank everyone at Jonathan Terry’s, Peartree Avenue,  for their care, patience and guidance during this time. 
The whole team were incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout: from the initial contact with Tracey, to the meeting with Jonathan, to all the people involved on the day itself. Their attentiveness to detail and understanding of our mum were demonstrated with their choice of Dave on the day, who was so thoughtful and kind, to their choice of celebrant Matthew, who captured mum perfectly and wrote the most beautiful celebration of her life. 
Our heartbreak and grief were handled with sensitivity, dignity and professionalism throughout, which helped make it so much easier for the whole family during this difficult time.

We are really happy with the service. A representative came to see us at our family home and offered a comprehensive briefing on what our options were as well as answering all of the questions we had written down. Supported our family at an incredibly difficult time and we didn’t have to worry about any aspect of the arrangements.  J.T. funeral directors were considerate, sympathetic, and they were able to not only work with us but offer input in areas that we were undetermined. For any particular wishes that we had, Mr Terry ensured that they were catered for. The staff at J.T. funeral directors and very polite, kind, and gracious. The considerate touches where it matters and processional choreography on behalf of the mourning family is immensely noteworthy. Communication was easy and Mr Terry kept in touch very regularly. We couldn’t have asked for a lovelier, beautiful service for our loved one. The whole family and our friends were totally pleased with how the day went. Thank you.

Your service to us was excellent, thoughtful and caring with personal attention to detail throughout. Especially your patience in helping us to find the music that Ted had enjoyed playing on his piano at home to accompany the service. People who attended have commented how friendly and family orientated our celebration of Ted's life was. Thankyou to you all for helping us to achieve this.
