A significant milestone in their journey came in December 2018 when they acquired 103 Peartree Avenue and launched the White Lily Centre, a bereavement centre offering counselling services to all. The White Lily Centre stands as a symbol of their commitment to supporting families beyond the funeral itself.
In May 2022, their services were further enhanced with the introduction of a new fleet of Mercedes hearses and limousines, ensuring that every aspect of your loved one's final journey is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.

Opened in 1998, their Peartree Avenue funeral home is located at the junction of Gainsford Road and offers a private chapel of rest along with free parking and full disabled access. Their opening times are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but they are available 24-hours a day by telephone.

Jonathan Terry handled my mother's funeral, my family were impressed with their friendliness, compassion and professionalism. Whilst waiting for the service JTFD kept us updated and informed at every step of the way. We were looked after with professionalism from the start and all our questions were answered with speed.
The service was exceptional and the after care was brilliant in that were were dropped at the refreshments wake afterwards and escorted to and from the car with umbrellas due to the weather. A nice touch !

The people that work there are friendly enough but I seemed to have to chase them quite a lot. Photos got lost and had to be re-submitted, details from the celebrant couldn’t be found so I had to chase the celebrant and she’d sent them 2 weeks prior. I had to keep chasing on the music too. At a time that is stressful enough I could have done with it all being a bit smoother on the run up. Thankfully the day itself went without hitch but unfortunately we were all quite anxious until it was over!
