From the very beginning, planning the service to the actual service, Victoria was exceptional - she was caring, compassionate and put everyone at ease during such a difficult time.

I can’t thank you enough, especially Victoria, from start to finish the support, understanding and compassion has been second to none. My beloved husband was taken care of with the upmost respect, kindness and care.
There was nothing that they wouldn’t do to accommodate my vision of the best possible send off, even allowing our little dog “ Frankie” to attend the service.

Johnathan Terrys personally led by Tom we’re fantastic with my mothers funeral. From our first meeting to discuss our requests to the day of her funeral was excellent. Organising the white horses and carriage for our mums life long wish was excellent. The whole service was just how mum and family had wanted.Sad time for us but professionally carried out.
