Tom and his team has looked after our Mum and Dad this year. We cannot thank all the staff at Johnathan Terrys carrying out our Dads and family wishes at this very sad time. You have been there with support and professionalism all the way from planning to carrying out their funerals.

Established in 1999 by Jonathan Terry, who has been dedicated to the funeral profession since 1985, they have built a solid reputation for delivering personal and excellent service to families throughout Southampton and beyond.
Over the years, Jonathan Terry have continuously reinvested in their business to ensure that they offer the best possible support to their families.
In 2013, they embarked on a journey of redesign and refurbishment of their Peartree Avenue premises, culminating in the completion of the project in 2014.
A significant milestone in their journey came in December 2018 when they acquired 103 Peartree Avenue and launched the White Lily Centre, a bereavement centre offering counselling services to all. The White Lily Centre stands as a symbol of their commitment to supporting families beyond the funeral itself.
In May 2022, their services were further enhanced with the introduction of a new fleet of Mercedes hearses and limousines, ensuring that every aspect of your loved one's final journey is conducted with the utmost care and professionalism.

Opened in 1998, their Peartree Avenue funeral home is located at the junction of Gainsford Road and offers a private chapel of rest along with free parking and full disabled access. Their opening times are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday but they are available 24-hours a day by telephone.

Very professional all the waythrough the set up and the actual funeral marked down because I was not consulted on position of grave stuck under a evergreen tree with no light on the grave just to rub it in its a double grave that's what I've got to look forward to in the future very poor

I found the whole process very dignified and sincere. All the staff were very thoughtful, and nothing was too much trouble. I was allowed to take my time at the chapel of rest, nothing was hurried. When the funeral was over, again I was able take my time and go to the car, when I was ready. Again excellent

The most kind, caring, attentive people to deal with at what is a very difficult time. They previously arranged and carried out the funeral of my Mother in Law in 2019 and we were exdtremely grateful for their imput. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Jonathan Terry and all the staff were wonderful from start to finish in helping us plan Dad's funeral. They were efficient, respectful and always so kind and compassionate when dealing with us and in looking after our dear Dad. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them; they did everything we asked.
The Funeral day went exactly as planned: smooth, calm and very respectful. It was just as our Dad would have wanted.
We are all so grateful, especially to Jonathan. The whole team made such a difficult and emotional time as easy as it could have been.

Jonathan Terry is the most professional caring and understanding undertakers ,they did everything we asked, help us with direction planning it took all the stress from my family. personal caring touches from make my family a cup of tea , respectful for my brother ,when viewing before and after care is 100% . nothing is to much for them and the price is very very fair . most of all they preserve tradition.
my family has used Jonathan Terry for a long time and will continue to do so.

From start to finish, Jonathan and everyone working there was absolutely brilliant. The respect and dignity shown to our dear late dad was second to none, alongside the support and consideration we were shown as a grieving family.
Everything was taken care of with such attention to detail, communication was excellent, and they took a great deal of stress away from a very difficult time for our family.
You always hope never to need the services of a funeral director, but should that happen i would not hesitate to contact Jonathan Terry in the future and wholeheartedly recommend anyone else to do so as well.
