From the first phone call we made Claire made us feel at ease, with compassion and kindness, we felt listen to, our wishes and requests for mum were met, nothing was to much trouble, seeing us out of hours. Our Mum had all her wishes met with dignity, compassion and kindness, she had the send off she deserved, thanks to Sam and Claire who went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure it was as stress free as possible if they could help they did, even with what we thought were silly requests or questions. My family and myself can not recommend AJ Coggles enough.. they care … thank-you

Coggles give an excellent service. Throughout every aspect of the care they offer; it is always with a professional and well managed manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed a good funeral director - at such a vulnerable time in their lives - when a loved one still needs that high level of continuous care and love. Everyone played their part in a dedicated team - to make sure that the best was delivered for my Aunt - and our family. On the day of the funeral everything was delivered in a calm respectful way- with the attention to detail that we hoped for being clearly evident.

having had some bad/awful past experiences,with other undertakers.[at this sad time ,in earlier years,and places ]
COGGLES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE UNDERSTANDING,HELPFUL,AND MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS,AS EASY AS POSSIBLE.ESPCIALY HELPING ME WITH THE SERVICE,WHICH I FOUND VERY EMOTIONAL AND DIFFICULT.
THE GOLDEN CHARTER,PREPAID FUNERAL,PROCESS MADE EASY.[ just a reasonable added fee for additional cost ].
NO HESITATION IN HIGHLY RECOMMENDING THEM.

From the initial contact with Nikki at A J Coggles I felt reassured, comforted and confident that the funeral and also the care of my mum before the service was in safe hands. Everything was taken care of in a professional and sympathetic way. Good advice was given and I felt confident that the service would be just what I'd wanted. It was a beautiful service which my sister in Australia could be part of with the live transmission. The Celebrant provided a lovely service and the coffin bearers were professional and respectful. In recent years we've used A J Coggles four times for close family and every time we have been very satisfied with what we've experienced. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone wanting the best send off for their loved one.
