From the very start, the gentleman who arrived to collect my dad were brilliant. Compassionate and supportive. Then Stacey at the Downham Market Branch, she was just amazing. Supportive, caring, went out of her way to make sure dad’s wishes became a reality. 
Advice was given throughout and nothing was pushed onto us. If it wasn’t for Stacey I do not think we could have managed to organise a beautiful special day for dad.

Coggles gave my husband the funeral he wanted, a simple service for close family and friends. The celebrant came to see me and gave a beautiful speech on the day that celebrated my husband's long life and his character, felt he was speaking personally to me and my son. They really care about you and your wishes and highly recommend them.
