There's professional and there's vocational . Stacey and the whole A.J.Coggles team. Not forgetting to mention Stanton and the March crematorium. We needed a Saturday funeral......no problem.
We lost our mother last April. Stacey was present at both funerals. Great appreciation also to Ferne, the lovely celebrant.
All the people above showed genuine love and empathy.
It's not just about professionalism, it's just who they are.

Quite honestly the best company in West Norfolk, all staff went above and beyond to provide the most comforting experience during this devastating time. Staff that could manage to put a smile on your face when all you've done is cry. Greatful doesn't even cover it, nobody could have made this experience more comforting, of ease and beautiful. Our Pauline had the gorgeous celebration she deserved and we had the most amazing group of people to lean on during the process. Pauline was in the safest hands, it's hard to trust someone to take care of somebody so special at a time like this. I would trust them time and time again. We can't thank you all enough. Stacey, Nicky, Sam, Steve and everyone else. You're angels❤️

The most wonderful people to be dealing with at such a very sensitive time for all the family. I could never have imagined how I felt after having to make the final arrangements for my wife, but with all involved at Coggles it was heartwarming and comforting at every stage. Something I was not looking forward to doing, became dare I say , an almost pleasant experience. Would and will highly recommend Coggles , to anyone who has lost a family member or someone close.

I cannot thank everyone at Coggles enough for doing my Mum’s funeral on the 14/02/25
From the moment we walked into Coggles we were made so welcome, it was my 2 daughters (both in their early 20’s) first experience of anything like this and it was made so much easier by Coggles, we were all very well looked after, my Mum was treated with the utmost respect at all times, nothing was too much bother, Coggles sorted everything out and the communication was extremely good, my Mum had a wonderful send off which meant everything to myself and my family and the staff are so friendly and professional at all times. I would like to make a special mention to Sam, Clair and Sarah at the Wisbech branch and Nikki from the Downham Market branch for all your support and going the extra mile, myself and my family are forever grateful to you all. I honestly can’t recommend a better company to anyone going through such a difficult time .
