My mum would have loved the service we received from everyone at AJ Coggles.
From the first phone call to inform them of her death, the guidance they gave prior to the funeral, the day itself and the notification that her ashes “had returned to them” everyone has been so helpful, friendly and respectful. 
They made the whole family feel as if mum was their priority, not just “another job”, their empathy made a difficult time as easy and smooth as it could possibly be.

Having used Coggles in the past, we were shocked to find that the level of service we experienced fell far short of our previous experiences. Communication was very poor indeed, and generally instigated by ourselves. Despite repeated requests, information was scant, explanations being given reluctantly and, as it turned out, often incorrectly. Being told that the insurance policy had been explained to the deceased on purchase was particularly inappropriate, as was being asked for this review two weeks before the funeral. It took almost two days to get a telephone response to an urgent matter, with the phones being transferred to different branches than the one dialled, and the answerphone message stating that I needed to phone back in office hours when I was actually doing that.
The staff at Wisbech and Hunstanton were pleasant, helpful and better informed than those were should have been dealing with. The one saving grace was that Steve, who attended the service, was excellent.

The whole team could not have done more for us at this very sad time. Megan helped us plan my father’s funeral with empathy and care. David and his team made sure that the day ran smoothly. They exceeded all expectations.

I can not praise the team at a j Coggles enough I have never planned a funeral before but Claire and the team made everything so easy and stress free nothing was ever a problem they made us feel so comfortable and treated not only us but our loved one with so much respect it honestly was a beautiful journey at a very sad time

The ladies at coggles Sam, Claire & Sarah are fantastic in their job roles. My dad was also at coggles Wisbech. From the moment we walked in until the actual service, we couldn't have asked for a better funeral directors. They not only looked after our mum & Dad but they looked after us as a family too. Everything we asked for, we got. Every attention to detail was provided. Which made our sad time easier.

Exceptional service received. I would put my trust in AJ Coggles for any funeral requirements. The attention to detail shown to us by Claire when we talked through Dad's requests was unmatchable. She took care of everything we needed, from ordering the flowers direct from the florists to arranging the order of services to be printed and booking both the crematorium and celebrant, it certainly took some of the pressure off of my shoulders. Then on the day of the funeral, Sam led proceedings with such compassion, she made us feel relaxed and not rushed throughout the service.
