My dear old friend was cherished in their care and her funeral was a wonderful shared celebration of her long life , just exactly as she had wanted, as well as a poignant and fitting farewell. My brother passed away in May 2023 unexpectedly, I had no idea how to arrange everything. A J Coggles held my hand from start to finish. Annie was so professional and caring making it a lot less painful for me. On the day of the funeral Sam was there to support and I thank her. I would highly recommend them to take of you and your love ones.

Lovely people to deal with. Professional and efficient, yet caring and compassionate. They did their absolute best to make sure my mum had the funeral she wanted down to every small detail. She had a lovely send off and we are very grateful. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend. Kim, showed so much compassion and helped us choose the service we wanted, so kind every time we had a question. Mum was dressed impeccably in the clothes we had picked. On the day the funeral directors guided us impeccably at Mintlyn and ensured everything was spot on. Kathy our celebrant was excellent highly recommend her services. Thank you all so much from all the family.

I cannot fault the service we received throughout the whole journal, from collection of mum, through to the service at the Crem. They arranged everything, checking throughout that information was correct. Little touches meant so much, like taking our car keys at the Crem on arrival and delivering it back to us at the end. We were treated with care throughout. A special shout out to Steve who went the extra mile.
