From the time this company collected my dear mums body to the day of the funeral.. I was so supported … I was made to feel that my mum was so important… to them … they listen to my requests… advised with honest opinions… and deeply respected my mum … they cared so much about how my mum looked requesting recent  photographs so they ensure she looked her best … and I did decide to view her and was so overwhelmed as mum looked as if she was asleep… they even ensured she had her favourite  body crème on so I was greeted with a familiar comforting smell … I can not thank them enough for the support and professionalism they gave me and my dad …

The whole team at Coggle treated us really well during the whole process. It was made really easy by Lynne, who was very easy to talk to, and also explained the whole process very simply.
They organised the whole funeral including the speaker, who spoke very well at the crematorium.
It was a small family event, but the whole team made it very dignified and we would like to thank them for this.

We had an excellent experience considering this was one of the hardest times of our lives. We couldn’t fault Nikki’s dedication and compassion to her role, she made us feel at ease and supported every step of the way. Sam comforted us during the chapel visit and together they make an excellent team. We felt so much love and support which made this situation much easier to cope with. Couldn’t ask for anything else.
