The service we received was excellent. From start to finish Kim held my hand. I really do not think I could have coped without her help, especially as I was still caring for my 89 year old mother at the same time.

I have no hesitation in recommending Coggles to others.

From the first time that I spoke to Sam (before my father passed away) I was confident that Coggles would be the right funeral director to use, and I was proved right when the time came. The service throughout was caring and kind, supporting us in every way to provide the service that felt right for our family. On the day of the service, David and his team were completely professional, and we really felt so well supported on a very sad day for us all. From the initial phone call to Sam at the Hunstanton office I knew instantly that we would be in good hands with the arrangements for the funeral of our lovely dad. She was so kind and caring and showed great empathy at such a difficult time, dealing with all our requests and queries in a quiet efficient manner with great attention to detail. Prior the the day, Steven the undertaker rang and was really helpful in explaining clearly what would be happening and listened to my concerns as we were using a tractor and trailer to take dad to the Church. On the day of the service it was carried out with great dignity and respect. I would not hesitate to recommend A.J Coggles on every level, we were very grateful to them all.

Coggles team make what is a terrible time in ones life so much easier. Professional but so kind. Sam was our first contact, dealing with taking my father away. She was wonderful.  Kim dealt with everything else for us and was not only incredibly lovely but sorted everything out for us.
