Thank you ‘again’ doesn’t seem enough. After only 7weeks apart, loosing parents is hard. But! Made a little less stressful when you have a wonderful family run funeral directors to look after you all. Not just a business, none of us were ‘just number’, we were made to feel part of the team, who were making the best possible send off. 

I say again, with Coggles it’s the little things!! Micheal put it upon himself to collect our dad, as he had been the one who had seen everything through from start to finish with our mum. The fact they knew what we wanted even before we’d said, the fact they went at our speed, not feeling rushed. Rachel being her usual reassuring, calm, helpful self, again letting us know that nothing was any trouble. To the point that Micheal helped us take the flowers to the hospice, so that other could enjoy the brightness of them. 

As much grief is in full flow in our lives, we’re also sad we’re not going to be having our chats with the team! That sound so weird to say, but it’s like they know us now, it’s a team effort that can’t be taken away. Making someone’s last journey is hard, emotional & stressful, but it’s made easier with you all. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🤍🕊️

Dear the entire team at A J COGGLES. On behalf of our entire family, I want to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and respect you showed to our dad, and to all of us, during this incredibly difficult time.We are especially grateful for how you handled bringing Dad back to us. Passing away two hours away from home added a layer of stress to our grief, but your team stepped in immediately. You made Dad your absolute priority, managing every logistical detail seamlessly to ensure he got back home safely and into your care. Knowing he was being looked after so carefully gave our family immense comfort when we needed it most.
Megan, Rachel, and Steven, your guidance and compassion were a steady anchor for us. No matter what we asked for, or how unique our requests might have been, you fulfilled them beautifully and without a single shred of judgment. You listened to our wishes with open hearts and made sure every detail was carried out exactly as we wanted, allowing us to honor Dad in a way that felt truly authentic to who he was.
We also want to send a very special thank you to the men behind the scenes. The care, dignity, and respect they showed while looking after Dad did not go unnoticed. They did a truly wonderful job making him look his absolute best, which brought our family such peace when we saw him.
You took a heavy, painful process and guided us through it with a calm grace that made it bearable. Thank you for treating our dad like family and for giving us the peaceful, respectful farewell he deserved.With our deepest thanks and appreciation

Thank you, to you all for everything. Start to finish, you have all been amazing, you’ve made a horrible situation a lot, lot easier, the whole way through.

When Micheal arrived to collect us on Monday, we couldn’t believe it, it meant so much to my father in law as it was Micheal he’d met when you collected my mother in law, the same with David being at the crematorium. This may not seem a big thing to you, but for us, this meant care, thoughtfulness & a family feeling. 

From our first call to Micheal on the day when my mother in law passed away, to phone calls with Rachel, meetings with Rachel to arrange the day, organising the order of service with Sarah, to the final day with Micheal, David & Team. Even though I met & spoke with different branches, it all felt like one unit. All of you have played your part & made the day the best that could’ve been for my mother in law & for us as a family. We are so grateful to you all.

From the first time that I reported the death of my wife to Rachel I received nothing but kindness, consideration and help from her and other members of the staff. The funeral went off perfectly which is a great help at this most distressful moment. I cannot fault them.
