From the first contact with Sarah this service has been amazing. Sarah talked us through each stage, giving us the time to arrange the funeral as my mum wanted, with nothing being too much trouble. The little dog is beautiful.
We asked to view my mum in the beautiful wicker basket and Sarah was brilliant giving the time without rushing to chat with use putting us at easy.
Sarah continued with great communication right up to the day of the funeral.
The cars, basket and gentlemen where also amazing. At every stage I felt supported and not rushed with a time limit.
Top service, highly recommend.

Attention to detail was second to none. Even had matching coloured tie for the theme of a football club. Always responded quickly and helped source music. Very kind and considerate.

I chose A.J.Coggles as they dealt with my Mother's funeral many years ago. They were everything you would wish them to be. Professional, kind, and attentive to the customers requests. Some undertakers can appear stiff and unfeeling but they were quite the opposite. I would and have given them the highest recommendation.

The service you gave us for Myrtle was excellent. Sam went above and beyond for us in the most difficult time. Nikki and Kim at the Downham Market branch were so kind, helpful polite and patient with me as I was constantly changing the plans for my step dad's funeral. On the actual funeral day, the drivers arrived at the meeting place for me to join the hearse at the time arranged and were polite and friendly and even came along with some family members so we could lay the wreath on my Mum's resting place. We didn't feel rushed into leaving the crematorium straight away after the service, time was no object. I would recommend A J Coggles to anyone.

The team at AJ Coggles are professional and compassionate. Nothing is too much trouble. They even found red and white ties to wear on the day to reflect my Dad's love of his football team. They guide you through every step and allow you time to make decisions. They keep in contact with you regularly. I would highly recommend them.

They arranged everything we needed for the funeral and corresponded throughout checking I was happy with all the arrangements and details.
