We were very pleased with the exceptional service we received from everyone at Stibbards and would recommend them. I had already come into contact with them on several occasions and knew I could trust them to give my mother exactly the funeral we wanted. We mainly deal with Wendy and Martin who were very patient with us especially when changing requests but everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. My brother was particularly touched with the way our 99 year old mother looked in her coffin; very peaceful and he was glad he had been to see her. We also thought the live link a very good idea as our son lives in New Zealand and could not come home at this time.

S. Stibbard's were absolutely incredible.  Sue and Debbie were so informative, supportive and efficient with everything... down to every single detail.  Due to our family situation with our father in the hospital at the same time as our mothers passing and my living overseas and dealing with the constant travel during their illnesses, they accommodated a memorial service for mum within a very tight time constraint.  Even though it was Easter weekend upcoming, Debbie informed the Reverend Phil Wright of the situation and he agreed to taking his time to assist us and advise with regard to the order of service and although such a sad time, made it a lovely celebration of mums life on the day of her memorial.  Every aspect of my dealings with Stibbard's was a smooth and positive one, from casket to flowers, to special transportation of our father, they went above and beyond for us. They are the utmost in professionalism and caring for the bereaved and family member we have lost.
