They were absolutely brilliant from the moment we walked in until the time they dropped us at the wake. Everything went well, exactly as we planned and hoped for. Their recommendations for various things were all perfect as well. Can't praise them enough, they made the whole thing as good and easy as it could have been.

Stibbards were incredibly helpful and professional throughout arranging my dads funeral.

Lisa was on hand to answer questions and help whenever I needed and chose the lovely Emma Walker to take the service which was an excellent choice.

The drivers on the day of the funeral were very professional and were also very helpful when sorting pall bearers etc.

I would definitely recommend Stibbards as they made what is a hard time go as smooth as possible.

I would have put excellant on review except there were problems with your printer for photographs for mums service books . I addressed louise about the colours not coming out right and also smudges on pictures which werent on photographs . Mum had green blouse on front of books and it came out grey . Kept bringing in different photos which i wanted but couldnt go on . I think that someone should look at your printer at the hockley office .
Apart from that i was thoroughly pleased with everything else you arranged for my mother . Thank you very much for your kindness.
