Stibbards did my sisters funeral 31years ago and were so compassionate and caring that we used them again for my dads funeral last year and my mums last week. Even in such testing times they we’re amazing. 
Mum and dad had both bought packages through them which made everything so much easier. 
Something I will look to do in the not too distant future.

Stibbards funeral directors went above and beyond with every request we had. Even under the limiting circumstances of the lockdown we were still able to give Colin the funeral he deserved. Stibbards are our family’s funeral choice and they treat us like family. Thank you one again to everyone at Stibbards who made that day possible.

The contact we have had from both the Hadleigh office and the Shoeburyness one, from where dad made his final journey, was excellent. During a very difficult time, made harder by Covid restrictions, they have been nothing but kind and professional.

These are very strange and difficult times to be arranging a funeral for a loved one.A time that is hard enough anyway without the restrictions that are currently in place.Simon,Sue and Wendy made the whole process as easy as possible and as dignified as expected.I have never used Stibbards before but would certainly recommend them.

Lisa in the Canvey branch has been exceptionally helpful and always there for us. 
My only negative comment would be about the webcast. We paid extra for this because friends and family were not allowed to come to the funeral. The quality was not very good at all and the whole thing froze half way through. Lisa is trying to help us get a recording but this was very frustrating and disappointing especially for Paulines close family.

Very professional and caring in these strange times and even though we were restricted in what we could have and do we still felt Keith was given an excellent funeral.  The funeral service itself was beautiful.
Lisa especially was caring and helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much bother.
