Louise Grove, was my Contact with Stibbards, Hockley, she was very informative and helpful at all stages of Nan's funeral. The Funeral itself, was very dignified, all members of Stibbards, were very respectful, it was a strange funeral, due to COVID19, all aspects were dealt with very well.

Thank you Lisa and the team you made a very sad and difficult time bearable .. we have been lucky to have been able to attend my mums funeral and although there was only a few of us there , the live streaming enabled the rest of the family to attend on line ..

The funeral of my mother occurred at a very difficult time, when the country was in lockdown due to the corona virus, but despite this the service provided by Stibbards was caring, sympathetic and professional.

Most importantly all face to face communication was sensitive, while arrangements ran like clockwork on the day.

They were absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end! They made us as a family feel so at ease and supported us every step of the way. They were there for any questions we had and were only a phone call away, even if it was just to chat. They made a hard situation easier to cope with and I couldn’t fault anything they did.
