The service we received from Michelle was excellent. She was kind, caring and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The order of service she prepared for my mother was lovely and just what we wanted.
On the day of the funeral Kirby and team were extremely kind, helpful and pleasant.

This is not the first time we have used their services. On every occasion the staff have gone over and beyond their duties and genuinely looked after my family. Nothing is too much trouble. Quiet and courteous at all times but friendly and compassionate. Fiona and the staff at Spondon have been outstanding. My heartfelt thanks to them all.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from A W Lymn. We were let down by another funeral director and therefore Lymns had to step in at short notice. Greg was amazing, saw us the same day, took the stress off my shoulders and put everything in place to give the send off the family wanted for my mum.

We dealt with the Mansfield Woodhouse branch of A. W. Lymn and I must say that Jonathan Baker was a consummate professional, advising and helping with all aspects of the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble.

After having David for my stepdad’s funeral, my mum always said she would like him to oversee her funeral as well and we were lucky enough to carry out that wish.

The whole process was excellent, from the moment when I contacted them upon the death of my wife to the arrangements for the funeral. All involved were sympathetic and helpful, guiding me through everything that I needed to do, so making things much easier than I expected. They kept in touch at all times so I knew what was happening and when.
The funeral itself was emotional but it was carried out with professionalism and dignity.
