Philip arranged and also conducted the funeral for my brother. From the very beginning he put myself and my Mum at ease and took care of everything. Philip kept me up to date along the way and took time to call myself and my Mum to see how we were doing and coping. Philip was also the conductor at my brothers funeral, so seeing a familiar and friendly face on the day also helped to ease the stress as he was available to answer any questions and helped the day go smoothly.
A special mention also to Megan and Lucinda who were also a great comfort to the family each time we visited Lymn’s and again answered any questions we had. David and Kane the drivers, also very professional and respectful.
The service provided by Lymn’s could not be faulted. Thank you to all who helped with the funeral of my brother.A.W. Lymn, Nottingham Team replied

Emma was very empathetic from start to finish and showed utmost care and compassion throughout. Planning a funeral for my husband at such a young age was something I had never envisioned but Lymns made this as simple as possible explaining everything.

Emily in the West Bridgford office was very professional, thorough, and understanding. She was both flexible and patient in developing the arrangements with me. The funeral itself went absolutely smoothy and was better than I expected. A real heart felt thank you to the team that made it happen.

My sister’s funeral was slightly unusual, as we had a service in Derby and a committal in Northumberland. It was clear from the outset that nothing was too much trouble; everything was meticulously planned, with compassion, which was a great relief to the family. A W Lymn ensured that my sister had the send-off she deserved.

Lymns were responsive supportive and compassionate throughout the time they cared for my husband. They treated me and my daughters with kindness and respect helping us through a very difficult time. The planning they did ensured that the day went smoothly despite having to manage roadworks and delays. I would recommend them with no hesitation

From our first meeting until the final day of the funeral I realised how special Paul was to you all and it was privilege to put together all you requirements to make the day so special, from the Suzuki hearse and memory seeds to the personal visual tribute and Galaxy Song which has always been special to me too! I felt that my own experiences on the way to the crematorium would have resonated with Paul when I saw a buzzard soaring over Gunthorpe and a red kite over Lowdham which made the occasion even more special I thought. We couldn't praise the staff anymore. They were compassionate, caring, respectful understanding and went the extra mile to ensure all details were completed for a beautiful funeral. Able to contact them with any queries put of standard hours and accommodated us. Nothing ever seemed to be too much for them, no matter how minor the query was. Thoroughly recommend them Andrew, Edward and Colum were all true professionals and held with high esteem
