Rick, I was truly saddened to receive the call from you following the death of your beloved Dee, a dear friend of so many of us here at Lymns. I am grateful that Jess and the team at Arnold were able to help you through what I know was such a difficult time and I was honoured, along with many of your friends and colleagues here, to be able to oversee the funeral personally. It certainly was an accolade to Dee to see the crematorium full beyond capacity and I personally was grateful that Giulia and the staff at Gedling were so accommodating. We cannot thank Mark and his team at Carlton enough for their excellent and professional service given to us for our Mother’s funeral.
All aspects were always handled considerately with compassion and respect at all times making the whole funeral process perfect.
Mark was extremely supportive, responding to all our wishes efficiently and quickly (even out of hours) and NOTHING was too much trouble.
This is a highly professional company who provide an exceptional service throughout and we absolutely highly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Lymns. They were very approacable and arranged the funeral very efficiently. On the day of the funeral, we felt very looked after by the team who were extremely respectful and nice and we really liked the car provided too. The whole day ran very smoothly. We were really happy we used Lymns.

My experience with AW Lynm Spondon was absolutely amazing. My relationship with Fiona from beginning to end was extremely professional, tender, understanding and without doubt the best experience I’ve ever had from an undertaker’s. So much so if anything ever happened to me I would want Fiona to do my service. I can’t praise her enough.

We cannot thank A.W. Lymn Carlton enough for the care, professionalism and kindness they showed our family. From our very first contact, every member of the team treated us with compassion, patience and genuine understanding.
They guided us through each step with clarity and sensitivity, never rushing us and always making sure we felt supported. On the day itself, everything was handled flawlessly and with dignity.
So many people commented on how smoothly everything ran and how caring and respectful the staff were throughout. Their attention to detail and calm reassurance gave us real peace of mind when we needed it most.

The whole team at A W Lymn Rainworth were absolutely amazing in every aspect of my Dad's funeral. They helped us to turn a sad event into a wonderful celebration of his life. The level of empathy, care and consideration is truly remarkable and we couldn't have asked for anything more than that. Thank you to the team at A W Lymn for the care and support given to us as a family as we arranged the Funeral for our beautiful Mum.
Greg was very professional, compassionate, supportive, attentive and informative and helped us to arrange for Mum to have the most wonderful and loving final journey.
It was very comforting to know that Mum was looked after by such a caring company.
Greg managed the communication between the Church and the Crematorium and nothing was too much trouble and whenever we needed to ask questions then Greg responded without any unnecessary delays either by email or telephone.
On the day itself Kevin the funeral director was very professional and ensured that we arrived at the Church and Crematorium on time.
Thank you also to Chris who drove the hearse and to Caroline who drove the family car for their support on the day.
The funeral cars which were both Rolls Royce’s and really added that extra special touch for Mum to ensure that her final journey was truly special.
The flowers from the in-house florist for the coffin spray were lovely even down to the special request for Black Watch Tartan ribbon to be weaved into the flowers - this was just perfect.
We also asked Greg design and print the Order of Service and Memorial Cards and these were a perfect tribute to Mum.
