Michelle Ibbett was absolutely wonderful to deal with from the outset. Professional, caring and understanding of our family dynamics and needs. I feel that any issues I had were dealt with promptly and every step was explained and discussed thoroughly. Everything was fantastic from the beginning to the end.
Everyone was so kind and professional nothing was too much trouble
Emily was our go between and she must have the patience of a saint especially when it came to doing the paperwork online.
The drivers and pall bearers were excellent the actual funeral went smoothly and
Brendan was the perfect host.
Even the weather was kind to us.

From our first meeting the compassion care and dignity that was shown to us and my late mum was out standing, nothing was too much trouble, even with 6 people and tiny baby in a small office, everyone had a voice...

I am sorry I have to mark this experience as average but feel I have no choice because of a few very important mishaps, firstly we were unable to have the coffin we chose as it got damaged when being delivered, I am very surprised this wasn't organised a lot better as there was more than enough time from us going in to chose everything? We were offered a much cheaper coffin at a good reduction but it looked very cheap so we went with another one nearer the price we had chosen and was offered a much less reduction which was very odd.
The viewing was very disappointing with at least 4 points of low standards that I feel would be wrong of me to go in to detail about in this review as it wouldn't be appropriate but would be will to speak to someone from Lymns about.

My husband’s funeral was conducted with compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism. The entire journey, from the first telephone call to the presentation of a memory box when we arrived at the Wake, was conducted with quiet dignity and care. We are so very grateful.

Jessica was very personable and showed empathy in what is a very difficult time. Mark Chapman the celebrant was equally so and delivered a service which was very fitting for my late husband. Russ and his team of drivers did a good job too

So grateful for the good counsel and sensitive approach as well as the flexibility in allowing us to plan the perfect send off for mum. So glad I used A.W. Lymn for my Mum's funeral-they have a good reputation locally for a reason! Right from the off they were so helpful and sensitive. Ruby in particular was lovely-we felt so at ease at our first meeting with her and she understood our needs perfectly. She is the ideal person for that job and really helped me when I went to see my Mum prior to the funeral-it was very difficult but made easier by Ruby's understanding and caring nature. The service was perfect-everyone who attended agreed.
