What a lovely send off for my auntie. This was thanks to AW Lymn Mansfield Woodhouse. They kindly held my hand through the processes and procedures; who would have thought how many little things go into making the day a success. All the staff were professional, courteous, thoughtful and treated my auntie with dignity. They kept me informed by telephone at every step of the way. I was delighted with the quality of service and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.
The celebrant conducting the service truly reflected auntie in all aspects of the service. She wove the stories into a beautiful "Rembering Auntie". Aunties friends all said what a lovely service it was.

Emma helped us with all the arrangements initially. She was caring and very kind.
Paul was at our side during the whole funeral proceedings. He was caring and respectful at all times and made the whole day run smoothly

Absolutely marvellous from start to finish. Dominic from the Bingham branch was so professional, kind and caring.

And this is the reason we once again wanted them to provide us with a beautiful service for my beautiful daughter Lisa who recently lost her fight with cancer. Lymns handled my Aunt's funeral and throughout the whole process there expertise in dealing with people at such a sad time was first class, they were curtious, understanding and dealt with everything whilst keeping you fully updated at each stage of the process. knowing the team at lymns were in the background allowed us to pay our last respects the way we wanted.

I have had the unlucky fortune of using A W Lymn twice but both times have been brilliant and professional from meeting Jackie to arrange the funeral to Andy and his driver's who make you feel comfortable and are so friendly i would like to thank them all.

We received excellent service from first contact through to the funeral itself and beyond. Information was available on all aspects of the funeral and assistance was offerred at all stages.
The funeral director was calm, respectful and pleasant making discussions and the arrangements easier to undertake. -

From my very first phone call contact everything was dealt with efficiently and with compassion. At every step nothing was too much trouble for them. They dealt with my queries straight away. Emma was outstanding. She always had the time to talk and sometimes became a “counsellor”. Her understanding of what I was feeling was so comforting. The ladies who arranged the floral Roundel tribute were so kind too. The day of the funeral was carried out with great respect. Thank you to everyone who was involved.
