Absolute wonderful service from start to finish.
Philip Wilson was so helpful in helping us to organise my father’s funeral, nothing was too much trouble, the slightest concern we had or idea he advised us and helped us to make sure that everything was perfect! Thank you Philip for your patience and understanding, you made everything run so smoothly.
Your kind nurture put us all at ease, almost like a special friend especially in circumstances like these.

Lymn's were excellent from start to finish. I was amazed by not only the compassionate manner in which we were dealt with at every contact, but the wealth of knowledge and breadth of services included that made my father's funeral such a celebration of his life.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for more from a funeral directors. From the very first meeting, the staff were incredibly personal, compassionate, and attentive, making us feel genuinely cared for during such a difficult time. Every detail was handled with professionalism and sensitivity, and communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring. They worked alongside us as a family, truly listening to what we wanted and ensuring my father’s service reflected him perfectly. We felt heard, supported, and completely looked after throughout the entire process. Their kindness and personal touch made all the difference, and we are deeply grateful for everything they did for us. Stacey, Emma, Kieran and Jonathan were all fantastic.

I can’t imagine how the funeral could be better. We were guided through a very difficult time by Jessica with patience and understanding.

I cannot thank Jonathan and the team at Lymn’s enough for their incredible support during such a difficult time. From our very first meeting, Jonathan treated us with a level of compassion and patience, listening thoughtfully to our stories to make an event that we felt really reflected our loved one.
Every detail was handled with dignity and perfection. Lymn’s were very easy to talk to when finalising details.
They made sure that all was as we would like, dealing smoothly for us with all the logistics so that we didn’t even notice them.
They truly went above and beyond. -

From the first visit to their Offices, right the way through to dropping us off at the Wake, the service was exemplary. There were lots of hurdles to climb but nothing was too much trouble for Jonathan, Stacey or Emma at the Mansfield Woodhouse office. They co-ordinated everything from the Church, Vicar, Organist and burial, to the change over from hearse to horse and cart. On the day Jonathan was not available so we had the honour of having Matthew Lymn Rose as our Funeral Director. He insisted on walking the 1.1 miles in front of the horse and cart from the changeover to the Church - what dedication! I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone. Their care, compassion and respect to your loved one is formidable. Their attention to detail in order to for the day to run smoothly and on time is second to none.

It was an honour for us to serve the Sykes family again after conducting the arrangements for Mrs Sykes a number of years ago. It proved a bit of a challenge trying to get together all the elements that the family wanted, to give Mr Sykes a very fitting and unique funeral service.
