Andy was extremely well organised, knowledgeable and helpful in organising the funeral of my partner Richard.
He was very patient and kind in a very painful situation.
The team at the crematorium and church were excellent also.

Staff were amazing! They went through everything with us any detail’s or anything that needed updating we got calls, we did pick the right place to deal with my dad. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tom Dawkes dealt with us from start to finish quite literally there on the day. He also spoke to my aunty with the upmost care and respect acknowledging early her dementia, especially when she called him asking questions that he had already sorted. I am grateful that Jess and the team at Arnold were able to help you through what I know was such a difficult time and I was honoured, along with many of your friends and colleagues here, to be able to oversee the funeral personally.
