Me and my partner are extremely grateful for Kirby at Lymns Wollaton for helping us arrange a beautiful service for our little girl Wren. We knew from first meeting her that we made the right decision to choose Lymns. She was supportive and comforting all throughout arrangement plans and on the day our little girls service. We can’t thank Kirby enough for everything she’s done and the support she’s provided during what has been the most difficult time in our lives.

The way lyms dealt with my mums service from start to finish was excellent. Their staf were caring compasionate and very professional throughout. Guilding us with warmth and care,making sure everything my mum asked for they made sure it was made possible including all the 3rd party services my mum needed. The drivers helped give me the stength to be able to walk my mum by myself like i promised right till the end on her last journey on earth.

From the first conversation I had with Karen after my husband unexpectedly died aged 40, to popping in after the funeral, the team have been fantastic. Karen listened and was generous with her time and patience - her genuine care was hugely appreciated. The funeral ran smoothly and all of the team were polished, professional and respectful. I cannot thank them enough for their guidance during what has been the worst time of my life.

From day 1 when mum was taken into their care the service provided to our family was absolutely amazing. 
We have dealt with Lymns prior to mum passing away and have always received a top class professional service.
They deal with everything with dignity and respect and were always there with any questions and concerns, true professionals from beginning to the end.
We dealt a lot with Luke who went above and beyond to assure and comfort our family throughout the whole process, many thanks Luke for all your support.

First class service. Fiona Hall at the Spondon branch provided advice and empathy at all stages and met all our requirements. We felt that she was giving us full and exclusive attention throughout.
One slight minus point. The online obituary page was of little benefit to us although perhaps helpful to other clients. In particular, the procedure for making on line donations seems clumsy in its use of the just giving page. In our case it was not clear from the original name of the charity on from the link to the just giving site that donations would be directed to the intended charity. Together with the Padley Centre, Fiona devised a bespoke link that clarified things somewhat.
I would suggest that rather than using just giving, your obituary page have a link for donations to be made directly to an account under your control, with appropriate donor name input, that would identify the deceased's nominated charity and enable you ultimately to transfer the donations received from all souces to the nominated charity.

Tom and Louise are a credit to the company honestly this was our first encounter with Lymns and can wholeheartedly say the service and personable touches of the care that was offered was top notch , nothing was too much trouble and never felt rushed. Everything on the lead up to to dad's final journey a d on the day was so seamless and no hiccups faults whi h was amazing. The celebrant was fabulous and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and I cant quite believe that he went above and beyond with the gaelic on the day .
If we had to use your services again without a doubt I would and definitely would recommend long eaton .
