At a really tough time for our family, Andy and his team guided us through mums final journey. Allowing us to make the decisions based on mums wishes but also being on hand to support and prompt at a very difficult time. This made the whole process seamless. I would like to sincerely thank Jacksons Funeral Services for the timely & Professional way they handled my Father Peters Funeral.
The Celebrant was exceptional & the actual funeral ran to order exactly as discussed with no changes or hiccups.

Even before the first meeting, right up to the funeral, we felt supported and our wishes were followed in a professional and caring manner.
No one enjoys the process, but it has been made as easy as possible by Andrew Bowness at Jackson's and my mother had a lovely funeral.
My wife and I will be pre paying and booking our funerals with him.

Jacksons have been absolutely incredible in helping, supporting and handling my nanas funeral. The person that helped me was Andrew, he was very reassuring and wonderfully helpful through out the whole process. All of the staff were incredible. The service was beautiful and tailored to exactly what we needed. The staff showed empathy, support and patience throughout the whole process and guided me through everything. When you loose a loved one it is such difficult time and you can have so much uncertainty working your way through all of the things you need to take care of. Jacksons really took a lot of stress out of this and offered a reassuring consistent approach and I really felt looked after every step of the way, with arranging the funeral and all the details that need to be taken care of. Thank you so much to Andrew for all your help and thank you so much to Jacksons for a beautiful service to send off a beautiful soul. I would strongly recommend Jacksons to anyone wondering what funeral directors to use. They are a small family run business who genuinely care and put the needs of their clients first and foremost. You can feel the personal touch and care offered from Jacksons which is just not something that a cooperate business would be able to offer.
