From the outset, I felt I was in the hands of a professional and very caring service.

Having never had this experience, on my own, of arranging a funeral, and particularly as the bereavement was sudden, initially the whole process felt quite daunting.

However, I was guided and supported through each and every step in a very caring, friendly and extremely professional manner. I was invited to phone at any time if I needed anything, and equally, was kept fully informed throughout.

All of my cousin's wishes were respected and accommodated fully, and the result was a beautiful service, with courtesy phone calls, both before and after the funeral.

I cannot praise Jackson's of Silsden highly enough and would thoroughly recommend their services to others. My special thanks go to Andrew Bowness, who looked after me throughout this period.

We as a family can't praise Jacksons Funeral Services enough. Andrew, David and all the staff were all very helpful, professional and very kind and caring.
Andrew made everything easier for us as a family at this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and he arranged everything the way we wanted it to be. He was in touch with us the whole time and including after the funeral. We would highly recommend Jacksons Funeral Services.

When the loss of a loved one happens in our case my Dad, it is a very difficult time there’s so much to do people to talk to, paperwork to sort through to arrange a funeral is a daunting task when your head is not in the right space to pay attention to detail, that’s where the funeral directors come into their own they made everything so easy and smooth, they helped and guided us no pressure to do anything we didn’t want or need and the funeral was just right, an excellent service given. They delivered everything I ask for and gave me all the information and paper work needed to cross boarders with my fathers ashes.
A friend of mine told me to use them as they did an amazing job for him, he was right. The care and communication with me and my wife was perfect and the relationship all but brief has made this very big day all that much easier to handle.

Andrew was calm, collected and very reassuring in planning the funeral, dealing with the crematorium and liaising with the Church
No detail was left to chance and all alternatives and choices were clearly explained
We did not feel pressured in any way and felt totally confident in Andrew’s advice 
The funeral service itself was well planned and implemented in a highly professional manner
