Robert , from Emmott and Bradley Funeral Services , provided an excellent service in respect of organising my mum’s funeral recently. He was caring , flexible and professional , with nothing being too much trouble. He was able to facilitate the playing of a recording at mum’s service which my daughter had made on her phone, such that it sounded very professional. 
The celebrant, whom Robert recommended was also excellent.
He accepted last minute changes which we wanted in the Order of Service booklet and we were all very pleased with the finished result.
I would have no hesitation in recommending these providers.

Jackson's Funeral Services were excellent.

They provided a bespoke, friendly service and were always available to explain the process, the options available and to guide us through. The costs were very reasonable and dealt with sympathetically.

With the help of the celebrant, suggested by Jackson's, David's funeral was a very personal celebration of his life. I have spoken with other members of David's family and there are no criticisms or suggestions as to how the process could be improved.

I would like to say thank you on behalf of the David's family, friends and neighbours to everyone at Jacksons but especially Andy and Margaret.

Superb service with real compassion and empathy for their clients.
Really cannot thank Jackson's (& Andrew), enough for all their assistance and support in such a difficult time for the family.
No task was too much or too little and helped us through every step. Went above and beyond to ensure our loved ones service was everything we wanted it to be. Even with regulations in place they continued to make sure the service we received was excellent.
Brought real comfort and a sense of peace to the family.

David and his team have been great throughout the whole process of loosing my dad, and helping us to arrange everything. It's been a difficult period due to the Covid restrictions, which must be hard for them too. They remained professional, empathetic and kind during the whole period.. The whole planning prior to and support on the day was excellent. Their attention to detail ensured the whole day went extremely smoothly. We were able to focus on saying farewell to a dearly loved mum. Particular thanks go to Andy Bowness for his role in managing the contact with our family.
