From start to finish David and his team were excellent, kind and compassionate. I would say that that the professionalism was above what you would expect and we as a family are grateful for how all the arrangements were handled. 
One constructive criticism was that I felt that the funeral notice should have been posted sooner. I understand that if the funeral notice is posted just before the service then people are unlikely to forget but as I’ve found out many atime as a tradesman you usually have your worked booked for the week and are unable to changes things despite wanting to attend a funeral.

I am more than happy to give five stars for the service I received from Jacksons. David Thornton and everyone else involved in the funeral of my wife Eleanor showed nothing but kindness to me, my family and all those who attended. At such a difficult time it is comforting to know that so many arrangements can be left in the hands of someone with such an attentive and compassionate nature.

Andy Bowness at Jackson’s Funeral Services Silsden was absolutely wonderful , my Husband died suddenly and it was such a traumatic time for me and my Son , but Andy was so caring nothing was too much trouble he was always at the end of the telephone if we needed to talk to him about any of the funeral arrangements, talked us through how much everything was going to cost being honest with us every step of the way . Offering help, support and made the whole process easy at one of the most devastating, difficult & sad times of our lives.
