After my mother passed away, a funeral date was set, then tragically ten days later my father passed away. The original date was postponed and it was decided to have a joint funeral for them both. I cannot recommend Andrew at Emmott and Bradley highley enough , for his professionalism and his personal touch , for arranging the perfect funeral for both my parents. And easing the traumatic experience that i endured during that period. Many relatives and friends commented how nice it was. Margaret foxley carried out the service which everyone found very moving. It was all carried out to perfection. My parents deserved nothing less.

Very professional service, would highly recommend. Made you feel at ease while organising and arranging the funeral. Help received and organization of funeral from the first contact was excellent. Caring and efficient. Everything was well co-ordinated and we felt relaxed and confident that all would be well on the day. Any concerns we had were sorted out and dealt with straight away.

We chose Jacksons Funeral Service when my mum passed as they have a good reputation and are a family business. We were not disappointed. From the very start they were professional, compassionate and respectful. Throughout the process of organising the funeral my contact (Andy Bowness) was superbly organised and at all times considerate of our wishes. On the day itself Jacksons were outstanding with many funeral guests commenting on their professionalism. The passing of a loved one is a very difficult time but Jacksons made the whole process run smoothly. As a family we cannot recommend them enough.

At a difficult time for our family, the service that we received from Jacksons Funeral Service was excellent. From first contact to last everything was explained to us in a compassionate way. Emmott and Bradley handled my Dad’s funeral from start to finish.

They provided everything we needed, from liaising with the hospital and the coroner’s office, allowing us to visit Dad at the Chapel in Silsden, organizing the church and crematorium services, all local advertising, printing order of service booklets, providing a live stream of the service, and providing transport for all the family on the day.

All members of staff were kind and caring throughout. I would particularly like to thank David Thornton who was our contact. He was always available to talk and to assist with everything, and he helped to make it a memorable day and a fitting tribute to my Dad.
