Andrew was very helpfull from day 1 nothing was too much trouble as we had a bit of tooing and frooing. Andrew made sure that he got the exact Music tracks at the Crematorium, finally i did have a moment that when i went to see Mum i left a watch in the Coffin but thankfully he had seen it and retrieved it.






So well done and Congratulations to all the staff.

What can I say, I never expected to be using Jacksons, however on the sudden unexpected passing of my son from the first phone call to the last sit down over a cup of tea. David and his team have been angels in suits. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to look after my family or baby boy during this horrendous time. I consider Jackson extended family now after everything they’ve done I can not thank them enough for guiding me through this time.

Throughout the entire process Hannah made the whole family feel completely at ease and reassured about the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and the upmost respect was shown to us all at this difficult time. We can not thank Jacksons enough for giving our loved one the send off he would have wanted.

From the evening when our mother passed away and we met Andrew, we were immediately impressed by his calm, caring and very pleasant manner. He assured us that we would not have to worry about anything, which was exactly what happened. The funeral was organised with professionalism and sensitivity, down to the last detail. Andrew communicated with us regularly by email or phone calls, keeping us up to date as the arrangements progressed. We felt totally confident that everything would go as planned.
On the day of the funeral we were very impressed by Andrew and his colleagues' calm professionalism and how each part of the service was treated with great dignity. At such a highly emotional time we could not have wished for anyone better than Andrew to guide us through it.

On a sad occasion we were very sympathetically taken through all the necessary procedures that needed to be done to plan the funeral for a much loved father /father in law/grandad. We always felt that help and advice were always available by phone. The actual funeral day was perfect and went exactly to plan. We would certainly recommend Emmott and Bradley Funeral services.
