The support, compassion and understanding to me as they guided me through the process at a very difficult time. Andrew was very professional and caring while discussing the fine details and Robert made sure nothing was to much trouble and always checked i was ok. I cannot thank Jacksons enough, especially Andy for everything he did after the death of our beloved Dad. Andy went above and beyond with everything he did for us from start to finish.
Andy looked after Dad and whilst in his care this was done with the upmost of compassion and professionalism which brought us all very much needed comfort knowing Dad was being looked after so kindly.
Andy is exceptional at what he does and at what is the most heartbreaking of times he makes this a little easier. Heartfelt thanks Andy  you're amazing.

We received excellent service from Jacksons and in particular from Andrew Bowness who could not have been more helpful. We had not organised a funeral before and we required a lot of help and guidance. At a time when emotions were running high Andrew provided such help and guidance with a great deal of sympathy and patience. Andrew stayed in contact every step of the way and did not fail to answer his phone or to visit where necessary to deal with our concerns and mind changes! We have no hesitation in recommending Jacksons and thank Andrew very much for all his help

I would not hesitate to recommend Jacksons of Silsden. They deal efficiently with all aspects of the funeral with expertise and professionalism but also sensitivity and courtesy. They also have very good local contacts with florists and caterers.

they were there at the the end of the phone to answer even the smallest of questions.
They guided us with what was needed even with things after the funeral with advice with what to do next..
They allowed us to have it our way giving it the personal touch we wanted ..
