Robert was absolutely brilliant hé organised dads funeral sensitively quickly and expertly.  We were especially impressed by Roberts knowledge of the village and going the extra mile by putting noticed in shop windows..  he also was extremely sensitive and helpful in involving our mother who couldn’t take part in the funeral due to I’ll health.  I would recommend anyone to go to Tobert or their local undertaker.

I would like to thank David Thornton and his colleagues for their first class service. He helped us through our loss with sympathy, understanding and warmth. He always kept us in touch so we knew where we stood at all times, particularly during the latter stages when the weather was such a big factor. Particular mention should be made of his arrangements for picking up the minister and the organist and making sure they got to the crematorium in good time. 

It was the first time I had had to organise a funeral, and I am grateful for all of David’s support and kindness. 

I would highly recommend Jackson’s to anyone.

At this most upsetting of times from first contact with Andrew at Jackson’s the customer service was beyond exemplary. Andrew was very compassionate, approachable and understanding of our wishes. The funeral was handled with complete respect and dignity by Andrew and the team from Jackson’s.
