I was assigned Simon as my contact with Co-op funeral services,  he listened carefully to the family wishes and gave  advice based on those wishes, whilst still allowing our family to make the final choices. He showed respect and compassion and remained in regular contact advising us of the funeral arrangements and timings and guided us through the day itself.  He followed up with a telephone call the day after the funeral to advise regarding collecting my husband’s ashes. Simon made  a very emotional and stressful time for our family easier knowing that the funeral arrangements were in professional hands.

Very thoughtful, helpful and professional throughout. On the day of the service itself, everything was understated, efficient and dignified.

With no notice at all and based on Google reviews we quickly selected CM Walkers above that of a national brand to take care of my Mam. Chris advised his team would be there within 2 hours which they were and took her under their care. Chris’s support and guidance to the family has been amazing and went above that of the expectations which we believed were possible. He helped to arrange the service, cars and flowers to which we are eternally grateful. Chris is a great guy and helped settle nerves on what is obviously a hard time for the family. His team at the service were accommodating and very professional and although i would ideally never need to use his services again i would have no hesitation and would highly recommend him. Thanks again for everything Chris and for us it was great to meet you at such a hard time and also help to support local businesses.
