From the initial point of contact right up until we were dropped off at the wake following the service Tim and his team showed exceptional professionalism. Their incredible attention to detail makes a huge difference and we were kept well informed throughout the whole process from start to finish. I approached TJ Parry having never had to arrange a funeral before, feeling very overwhelmed. Even from the initial phone call with Tim I was treated with patience, compassion and understanding and this experienced continued throughout the whole team. Tim is born to do this job, I can’t think of anything more him and the team could have done for us during this time; nothing was too big or small an ask and I have absolutely no doubt that my dad was cared for with the upmost respect and attention. Their beautiful grey funeral limousine and hearse ensured my wife's last journey was in style. Every little detail was covered, and their staff throughout were excellent in carrying out their duties sympathetically.

Thank you for arranging a beautiful private service for my father in accordance with his wishes. He looked so peaceful and I was honoured to be able an add some sentimental items to his coffin alongside a small sample of mums’ ashes.  They now both reside in a joint scatter box ready to be scattered at sea.  Thank you for making this difficult time so memorable in a beautiful touching way.
