The service you receive from Tim and his team is simply perfect. This is the second parental loss in the space of 5 months and Tim went out of his way to be there for us. The added touches that only this team can bring made it even more special. I personally was made to feel safe, understood and heard, with a touch of appropriate humour added in. Actually makes me quite emotional to write this as sometimes words are not enough.
