From the first moment I spoke with TJ Parry I felt my late wife was in very safe and caring hands. I have been guided with professional excellence and empathy throughout this difficult time. Every wish and request made has been met and nothing has been too much trouble to arrange. The service orchestrated by Steve our celebrant was a fitting tribute to my beautiful wife and I am so grateful to every member of the team who I came into contact with. When you lose someone you want to feel exactly the way Tim and his team made me feel; they made me feel that my wife was as important to them as she is to me and for that I am so thankful.

From collecting my ‘Tim’ to his actual funeral , Tim and his team were brilliant. Their care, compassion, professionalism and personal touches throughout were much appreciated and I cannot express my gratitude enough . Everything ran very smoothly and the team all looked immaculate. Thanks also to Clay , their therapy dog who  provided his own brand of comfort .

Sadly my youngest son passed at the age of 26 years. I chose Tim and his team due to the high recommendations I had received. Tim and his team were so professional, compassionate and empathetic.
