Timothy and Rachel were amazing, I was dreading making dad's funeral arrangements but I couldn't have asked for better. They made sure that I didn't get stressed and upset.
The funeral was lovely, dad would've approved. 😊 The willow coffin and the motorbike and side car made me feel like I had given him the perfect send off!! Timothy and Rachel I couldn't of done it without you, thank you for making it as perfect as it could possibly be. 😊 😊

Not having planned funeral before I was very anxious. Then I met Tim and his team and problems just melted away. Clear precise meetings were held and everything  explained. Guidance was gently given with the upmost compassion and with respect. The service was conducted to way above my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TJP to anyone in the he same situation. T J Parry and Family handled every aspect of my husbands funeral with kindness and sensitivity.  Tim was very professional and showed respect and dignity at every turn. From bringing him home to dropping the family home after the service was handled perfectly. The turn out of the cars and team on the day was brilliant - many who attended and saw the Web Cast said it was a beautiful service. Thank you Tim and your brilliant team.

This was the first time that I had to arrange a funeral and it was important to me that everything was done correctly and as my wife Jean would have expected it to be. From the first meeting that I had with Tim Parry I was confident that I had chosen the right people to make the arrangements and I knew that I could rely on them to do what I asked of them.
Tim and his team kept me informed of developments of the funeral plan from original meeting to the cremation.

Words are not enough to express the care, compassion and professionalism of this funeral director, from the initial telephone conversation to the funeral and beyond. We spoke with Tim about a unique and personalised service we wanted for our recently deceased husband and dad, Peter John Smith. I genuinely cannot thank Tim enough for the way he has looked after my lovely dad. He is kind, caring, respectful and no detail is too small or too difficult for him. His continued support for my family and I has helped us so much through this incredibly sad time and he made what was, for me, an initially very traumatic and daunting task very simple, personal and beautiful. Tim and his whole team were brilliant on the day of the funeral and it was so lovely and dignified. They have honoured dad in a way I could have only hoped for.

The initial telephone conversation was courteous, reassuring and the next steps explained with clarity and efficiency. We were provided a date to discuss the cremation arrangements at the T J Parrys. Mum was looked after with great care and respect right from the initial contact of notification of death. All the team were exceptional and we could not of asked for anything better.
