Despite being close to 200 miles away, I was keen to appoint an independent Family Funeral Director and T J Parry did not disappoint.  Tim could not have been more empathetic and understanding.  The process was clearly explained including the cost implications and the guidance offered was ideal for our circumstances.
He helped guide us through an inevitably challenging process and his recommendation for a celebrant suited us perfectly.  We were also delighted with the flowers from Philips.
Some family members decided to act as bearers and the guidance provided enabled them to fulfil this role admirably.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We found the quality of service we received from T.J. Parry Family Funeral Directors to be exceptional during the time our lovely Mum/Nan was in their care.
They were smart, very professional, and always happy to help with any questions or concerns we may have had at this sad time. They made us all feel comfortable and relaxed on the day of the funeral and happily obliged in our request to take a specific journey to the crematorium to pass her Care Home so that the staff there may also pay their respects.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. Tim and his team were caring and compassionate from start to finish. Very professional and the service was beautiful. We were made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. We couldn't have asked for more and Tim finished it off with the little memory cards. Absolutely excellent service.

There are not enough superlatives to describe you and the impeccable service that you provide. From the moment you walked into my Dad’s lounge on the 25th September to our final handshake at Pirelli stadium on 17 th October you were professional, kind, warm , caring , respectful, understanding, and your service was impeccable. 
To have established the business that you have at your young age is unique. You should be extremely proud of yourself and what you do and what you offer to people at the very rawest time of their lives .

From start to finish Mums ( Ann) funeral ( or Farewell as Tim so beautifully called it ) was perfect in every way.
The care and consideration of our family, compassion & empathy, attention to detail, communication, premises, care of my mum, chapel of rest, Clay the Spaniel, organisation, fulfilling special requests, professionalism was absolutely amazing. The thoughtful touches didn't go unnoticed - the matching lapel buttonholes and the memory cards were both a surprise and a beautiful keepsake.

You would be very hard pressed to find any fault with the services of Tim and TJ Parry & Family Funeral Directors. You would be hard pressed to find anyone better. Myself and the family would recommend 100%
Tim, you are a remarkable young man - you should be very proud of yourself, as I'm sure your parents are.

Thank you Tim for a first class service I recieved for my late Husband.
Tim & his team are professional, caring,& very supportive from the first phone call & throughout the whole process.  Great communication nothing was to much trouble 
Tim listened to my wishes that I wanted for my late husband & made them happen.  The service was a beautiful send off & my husband was treated with dignity & respect throughout.  I loved the memory cards with the heartfelt poem on the back of card that Tim gave me

My family and I have nothing but praise for Tim Parry, his family and staff  for the wonderful way in which they took care of every aspect of my husband’s passing. From the respectful way they collected him from our home, the way he was prepared for our visits, the way the whole team communicated with myself and my family with compassion and professionalism during the time leading up to the funeral itself. 

When the sad day came to say our goodbyes, Tim and the team supported our family in every possible way, and the service was as perfect as it could possibly be. My family and I have nothing but praise for the efficient manner in which Tim and the team carried out their duties.

Tim and his team were amazing from start to finish. We were treated with kindness, empathy and the whole process was made so much easier with Tim guiding us through. Nothing was too much trouble.
