Tim and his team are worth their weight in gold. After the 1st phone chat with Tim I knew he was the one that I wanted to look after my beloved Dad.  Within an hour of the call he had been and collected Dad and let me know “he had him and he was safe in his care”. That one sentence alone will stay with me for a lifetime and brings me comfort. No matter what we asked Tim delivered, nothing too big or small, no questions asked. His empathy and attention to detail is second to none and he goes above and beyond any expectations you may have. He truly cares for the people in his care and that in itself is priceless. Tim turned what was expected to be an horrendous day, into a very beautiful day celebrating the life of a very special man. Thank you Tim and team, we couldn’t have got through it without you

Tim was very respectful from the first contact with my husband Pete at our home, where he passed away with his family by his side.
Both Tim and Ben acted in a calm and dignified manner to ensure that both Pete and our families wishes were taken into account from start to finish.
From the cars arriving and Tim giving family, friends and neighbours time to pay their respects before Tim walking ahead of Pete to take him from his home to displaying his fire helmet on the coffin.
The Fire Brigade flag bearers walking in front of the cars from the gates at the Crematorium, where there was a Dennis fire engine and white watch fire fighters there to honour Pete on his last ‘shout’.
Pete would have been overwhelmed, as we were, with all the personal touches arranged by Tim and his family. We had so many lovely comments on the funeral service. Pete deserved the best and he certainly got that with your company.
We would thoroughly recommend T J Parry.
Thank you for making my beloved husband Pete’s last journey so memorable in so many ways and I will remember what you did for our family for a long time.

From the moment of first contact with Tim I knew my dear Dad was being looked after by very special people.
