From the moment of contact Tim and the rest of the team they were there for us all. Making sure we were all ok, making sure thing was perfect for my mum's funeral. Just the little things that matter to us and they knew that. Couldn't of asked for anything more. So thank you so much for everything.

I would like to thank all of the team from TJ PARRY for their dedication,compassion and downright decency during my dad's funeral.The funeral was organised down to the last detail by Tim's team and celebrant Steve,who's service was heartfelt and moving.A potentially very difficult day became one I will always remember fondly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.

We had no plans in place when our mum passed away, we made one call and Tim answered and was absolutely amazing from that moment.When they came out to collect our mum he was so kind and gentle in the way he spoke to us as a family, we was given as much time as we needed with mum before she left the family home, when we went back in our mums bed was made and left with a flower on her bed, this made things much easier as a family to see.The last four weeks of mum being with TJparry, she was treated with so much dignity and respect as so we’re we as a family, nothing was to much trouble at all. And as for the funeral, it was absolutely perfect in every way possible. We don’t have enough words to say how happy and thankful we are to Tim for the most perfect day, you did our mum proud so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We can't thank Tim and his wonderful team enough. From the very first time we nervously walked in to meet them we were made to feel so at ease and comfortable. Organising our father's funeral was not something we were prepared for but with Tim's help and expertise we gave him a wonderful send off that he would have been extremely proud of. Thankyou all for looking after our dad as he was one of your own and making the whole experience so much easier for us all.

T J Parry proved themselves very professional and sympathetic  in the way they handled our distressing situation of losing a loved one. From collecting the deceased in a respectful manner to making the funeral arrangements including the selection of a  very nice sea grass coffin to liaising with the vicar making sure we got the funeral our loved one wanted.

From start to finish, an absolutely impeccable service. Every member of staff we encountered were polite, respectful and courteous. Every detail was dealt with, nothing missed. T J Parry’s  were recommended to me and I was not disappointed. They arrived at my home in the early hours of the morning and treated my dear husband with respect and dignity. I knew he would be safe in their care. The funeral was planned exactly to our individual wishes. I would like to rate this wonderful company with a 5+ . From the moment we met Tim we felt totally confident that our loved one was going to be cared for in the final stages of his journey.
Tim and Rachel were utterly kind, caring and professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The actual funeral was quite beautifully arranged by them affording both my late partner and ourselves respect and dignity.
I simply can't thank them enough for providing us with such wonderful support and easing our pain at what has been such a difficult time.
I would unreservedly recommend Tim and his team.

My family and I cannot thank Tim, Rachael and the team at Parry’s enough.  From the moment we contacted them in the early hours to my late sisters farewell service and beyond, they were professional, empathetic and attentive whilst giving a first class personal service.  Tim, please accept my heartfelt thanks at guiding me through those first stages, helping me through various decisions, from Angie’s stunning ‘fields of daffodils’ casket to arranging the video link, so family far from home could be a part of this.  Rachael, may I also personally thank you for our visit to your chapel of rest and your understanding.  It was much appreciated by us all.  I would recommend T J Parry to all and I wish you all the very best - don’t ever change, you were wonderful, thank you ❤️❤️❤️
