Well where do I start, from the minute I contacted you about mums passing, I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate, caring & professional team of people! Nothing was too much trouble. Tim, you are outstanding, you are definitely in a job meant for you, so calm, reassuring but also respectful in every way possible. Mums passing was so heartbreaking, but you all made It bearable by making the day perfect in every way, so I/we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Many comments were made on the day how amazing you all were too xx

From the first contact I made with Tim Parry to the last handshake goodbye I felt we were in the hands of true professionals. When Tim and Gary came in the middle of the night to take our beloved mum, Dolores, into their safe hands, they arrived dressed immaculately and brought an incredible compassion and dignity to that difficult moment. I had an immediate sense of peace that we had made an excellent choice. From that moment, through the whole process of arranging mum's funeral, Tim and his team made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We were treated with thoughfulness and care and given the space and time we needed to make all the decisions involved. It was Tim who came walking down our road in front of mum's coffin and Gary who drove us in their beautiful limousine behind it. This is a small family team with high standards of ceremony and tradition. In every aspect of our dealings with them, I felt a constant sense of genuine calm and respect. Tim and his team bring an exceptional level of compassion and professionalism to the work that they do. I cannot recommend them enough. A huge, hearfelt thank you Tim, to you and everyone involved.

I can not say how thankful i was to chose TJ Parry to arrange the funeral of my partner Malcolm they were so caring and helpful and made me feel at ease never rushed me . Tim and his staff are very professional every thing that was done for me too sort Malcolms funeral was excellent and at a time that is very heart breaking they were there for you .First class service from start to finish .
